Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Gym Progress mobile application ("the app"), provided by ZONESOFT S.R.L. ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Apple Standard EULA

Gym Progress is distributed through the Apple App Store. If you download the app from the App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA regarding App Store distribution, the Apple Standard EULA applies.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by applicable law.

3. Subscriptions

Gym Progress offers Gym Progress Pro, an auto-renewable monthly subscription that unlocks the app's features:

• New subscribers begin with a 7-day free trial. The trial is free of charge.
• Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews at the then-current monthly price (approximately 20 RON, or the local equivalent set by Apple), charged to your Apple ID.
• The subscription renews each month until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.
• All payments, billing, refunds and renewals are processed by Apple under Apple's terms. We do not process or store your payment details.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems.

5. Health disclaimer

Gym Progress is a fitness-tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program. You use the app and perform any exercise at your own risk.

6. Your data

Your workout data is stored locally on your device. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
